Changes to the Website
We reserve the rights to make changes to these terms from time to time. All changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website and will apply to all contracts for the purchase of products from that date. It is your responsibility as a visitor to the website to read the terms and conditions every time you use this website.
Any waiver of these terms and conditions can only be effective when written and signed by our authorised representative. In this case, the other provisions of these Terms remains fully remain intact.
Our website is only intended for use by people resident in the UK. We do not accept orders from outside UK.
By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, you are at least 18 years old; you are resident of UK.
You can place orders for Products with us by following the process outlined on our site. You acknowledge that by placing an order with us you will be under an obligation to pay for the Products in that order if we accept your order.
Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will send you confirmation e-mail after receiving your order and this will constitute acceptance by us. The contract between you and us will only be made when we send you this email. We will charge your chosen payment method after we accept your order. We will send a further email when your order has been dispatched.
Unfortunately we can’t stop an order once it has been dispatched by us. If you change your mind about your order after this point you can reject delivery or return the Products to us.
Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine your full ability to receive the Products ordered. This includes ensuring that the Products ordered will pass freely into your room of choice, they fit in that room, can be transported through the door of your flat or room, stairs and doorways, and there are no other issues that could make delivery more complicated or impossible.
You must keep the contact details we hold for you up-to-date so that we can contact you if necessary about your order or the delivery of the Products.
Your Account and Password
If you set up an account on our site, you must treat your login details as confidential. You must not disclose them to any third party.

The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer will display the colours accurately or reflect the colour of the Products. The Products that are delivered to you may vary slightly from those images.
Prices of Products
The price of any Product will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error.
The price of any Product may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order we have accepted.
The price of a Product includes VAT (where it applies) but excludes any delivery costs, which where applicable will be added to the price of the Products and set out as part of the total amount due during the order process. Due to the large number of Products on our site, it is always possible that some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced, despite our reasonable efforts. We will normally verify prices as part of our order-handling procedure so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If the Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of the rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order acceptance, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
Payments can be made by any method mentioned on our website.
We process the payment as soon as we receive your order. Once we have checked your card or Paypal details and the current stock, the item is ready to be shipped off for delivery.
We take your payment controlled by a third party merchant service provider that is compliant in respect of the payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS version 2).

Please note that we only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom
We make every effort to meet the delivery dates we promise. However, occasionally due to unforeseen factors, delays are inevitable. We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver products within the estimated timescales if it is wholly or partly caused by circumstances which do not lie within our control.
If no one is available at your residential or delivery address to accept the order, a note will be left to advise you of the current location of your order, which could be with your neighbour. Alternatively your order may have been returned to one of the carrier’s depots, and the note will advise you of how you may take delivery of your order.
The risk of damage or loss of products remains our responsibility until the earlier of the date the product passes to you (having paid in full for the product) or the date the first delivery attempt was made.
Delivery refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 200 or other applicable legislations.
Risk and Ownership
Ownership of the Products will pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
The Products will be your responsibility from the time that you (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you) take physical possession of the Products.

Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products which will be processed in accordance the Refunds section below and otherwise in accordance with your statutory rights. For your convenience we also offer an additional return time of thirty days after you receive the product.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us in writing by e-mail. We will then arrange a collection, where the order has to be collected in their original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
These Terms do not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer and are not intended to be a full statement of your statutory rights. For more information on your right as a consumer under protection of the distance selling regulations, please contact your local authority, trading standards department or a consumer advice centre.
On rare occasions, it is possible that product specifications change. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as we can to offer you an alternative similar to the original product. If you are unhappy or not satisfied with the substitute or replacement, please contact our customer service. We will arrange a collection and refund you your money in accordance with our refunds policy in the Refunds section below.
If you believe that you have received defective, damaged or incorrect products, you must inform us within a reasonable amount of time. Please do not return the product to us in the first instance. Rather, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate remedy and may offer you (without limitation) a repair or replacement parts, a replacement product or a full refund. Where we offer you a refund, we will refund the price of a defective damaged or incorrect product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you may incur in returning the item to us.
You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel the contract between you and us within 14 days of delivery of your Products without giving a reason. This right, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Charges) Regulations 2013
The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the Products. Where you order multiple Products in one order or a Product is delivered in separate parts, lots or pieces, the cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last Product, part, lot or piece that makes up your order.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract with us by making a clear statement
If you cancel an order pursuant to in accordance with the Cancellations section above, we will refund any money paid by you after the ordered products have been returned to us. The refund will be made to the card or Paypal account you used while paying for the order and, as mentioned above, is subject to the regulations set for goods damaged on return or for which we arranged the collection.
We are under a legal duty to supply Products that are in conformity with our contract with you.
Our Products are designed for residential use and we do not make any guarantees or warranties about their performance in a commercial environment. We will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
If we fail to comply with a contract between you and us, we will be responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms of Sale or our negligence, but we will not be responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if the loss or damage was an obvious consequence of our breach or if the loss or damage was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into the contract.
The maximum loss or damage we will be responsible for under clause 14.3 is limited to the price you have paid us for the Product to which the loss or damage you suffer relates.
We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability imposed under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that is not permitted to be excluded or restricted under section 31 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015; and (d) defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Advice about your statutory rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control including acts of god, fire, flood, severe weather, explosions, war (whether declared or not), acts of terrorism or acts of local or central Government or of any other competent authorities provided that: (a) we will take reasonable steps to prevent or minimise the failure or delay; (b) in the event of failure to perform, we will refund you all amounts paid under the affected contract; and (c) in the event of substantial delay, you may cancel your order by notifying us and we will refund you all amounts paid under the affected contract.
